  • Connect Care | St. Joseph’s Healthcare London

    Connect Care is a non-profit organization and fully integrated department of Parkwood Hospital and St. Joseph’s Health Care London. The program is available for older adults or people with disabilities, and provides 24 hour emergency response at the push of a button in the event of a fall or emergency situations. The system helps seniors and other participants maintain independence, peace of mind and quality of life, and is available to those living in the London and SouthWestern Ontario region.
